Win an IRONMAN 70.3 race just two weeks after the IRONMAN World Championship presented by GoPro in Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i?
No problemo for Belgian Frederik van Lierde. The 2013 World Champion kept his cool after exiting the water in fourth position and took the lead early on the bike. He never let go of it finishing four minutes ahead of German Paul Schuster and six minutes ahead of Patrick Lange also of Germany. In the women's race Van Lierde's countrywoman Alexandra Tondeur celebrated winning her first IRONMAN 70.3 event finishing in 04:26.39.
